I think I have a couple of solutions but it all depends on your relationship with your family,
First scenario, which you can do: emotional
Use your sister, she got you into the trouble, she'll get you out, rather use her as an excuse, you said that they were at a doctors appointment about her with her health issue? I know it's dark, but the night is dark and full of terrors and what you need is survival, say that your depression over your sister's health is what caused you to drink, and when you weren't thinking straight from all of those drinks add to it that you opened the champagne bottle not being conscious on its value.

    2- be smart/mature,
Surprise your family with an apology, tears would help but don't over do it, use proper language and look them into the eyes, if they're weak souled they'll fall for it and you'll be dominant, bit your mother knows you and won't be afraid of you this is why you'll have to use the serious eyes.

    3- Threaten (Not recommend)
Threaten the sibling or family member that loves you the most (not the one that you love, the one that loves you instead) Show them or tell them the consequences of what'll happen if the word got out, would you leave the house? Will there be more screams? And if it works, you'll get that family member on your side, usually the mother is more emotionally connected to the child.

4- Plan B: Destroy them before they destroy you
If all goes downhill and your father blasts you and I don't know what he does to you and kicks you out, head over to the child support, you're not 18 yet meaning you're still under the influence of you father, complain, if he blames you for drinking, blame him for influencing you to drink, it all depends on how smart you play it. (Don't reveal your plans to others if you wish to be a Victor).

    Yes I'm evil.

Hmm, I decided to say to my mom that it was their fault for leaving it in the fridge and that I'm not sorry.
