I know. George mentioned on his thread "All hats need to be original. No edit, copyright or stolen graphics(no ifiling hats). But still, Xr and Susi had made an effort to make the shop. Also, not all of the hats are edited. There are many hats that are original designs.

Effort?! by changing the Color and Shading? as i said before someone spend their time to create a hat.. then someone edit a hat for just 30-50 mins...
