I noticed that there are just few people interested in gang spar even though an admin will broadcast it. How about if there will be a prize like a hat to the 1st - 50th gang in the gs list? A hat that can be grabbed when your gang is in top 50th and when you lose your spot the hat will disappear. This will make players be interested in joining the arena of gs. Hope this suggestion helps.

Well in my opinion gang spar tournament is enough of a reward for gang sparring.
Top 50 is easy and it wouldn't make the hat valuable. I believe it should be the #1 or 1-5 because it should make it a challenge

Brief some ideas first since the other thread isn't read much.
If we have gang spar hat, those top gangs will get onto first and remain there till they lose.
Making them access GS hat for ages.
There's already GST(Gang Spar Tournament), this is hosted once a year so maybe just wait till their ready for 2014 GST.
Thats why you need to gather your team and go on top. the way you talk tell me that you dont wanna compete and just join the gangs that will participate the GST.
ps: you can get what you want if you try doe. "access GS hat for ages" thats bullshhitt doe. Perseverance + hard work is what you need
