He logs in every 6 months & then goes missing for the rest of the year.
It feels like hes just the boss man who just shows up to pay everyones salary but isn't involved in anything else.
If thats all it takes to be a PR Manager then fine but if its not & someone else can be more active & do a better job then he should step over.
