Magma axe question with a reward.

I've heard that the Magma axe was given to people as a reward for some sort of competition. I was told that 5 were given away that were tradeable and the ones that auctioned weren't tradeable. Can someone give me solid assurance on how many magma axes were rewarded that were tradeable? I've heard it was about 5 from multiple people. Awarding 200 tro to the first person to answer; much thanks.
