NBK is a good example; even Ebizou Base orchestrated this procedure back in 2011 to the end of their reign (I know this from previous experience). They recruit and then kick - it's a common practice among many gangs. From what I can see, you are implying that you are somewhat confident that hiring and kicking people isn't a standard procedure in Era, when in fact, it's a method utilized by many gangs. Why this is important to see is because by implementing this idea, it can be abused by gangs as they receive contributions, and then kick the contributors to make space for active players. Kicking ranks isn't uncommon either, so it's not safe to say that those with high positions, who contribute, won't get kicked (again, I know this from previous experience as various gangs removed me while having a rank.
