jailed for an absolute bs reason

I was in my own house with my friend, and I made a joke about wishing isis flag was on era; she would then make a racial joke towards me. it was ONLY ME AND MY FRIEND in MY HOUSE making jokes. I am Arabic, AND Muslim, yet I still get jailed for privately making a joke, and she also gets jailed for saying a racial slur towards me, WHICH I LAUGHED AT. absolutely NOBODY reported us, as it was just me and her in my house CHATTING WITH NOBODY REPORTING US as it was JUST US IN THE DAMN HOUSE, yet we both got jailed.
I got 30 hours of jail, and I know this is because I have a lot of warning history and thus get instant jail for being warned, but this was pure bs; why is an admin in my house stalking what I say? it's not like I can plan some type of attack on era when I'm privately talking in my house so why the hell am I being watched? not to mention nobody was offended by what I said, nor by what she said.
literally nobody filed a report, because that's IMPOSSIBLE. we were just in my house, JUST 2 PEOPLE, and both got jailed for the bs. someone was trying to be an unwanted hero; can anybody please help me?
