Bring old guns that has been nerfed

Old BAR is too op as the current, its 200k gun but I think it was nerfed because too many players started using it. It was pretty weird when you enter random base and most of players are using BARs. Also when too many members of guild were using old BAR it was impossible to do anything against spamming. BTW, some of my friends are saying that now you cant use chemical inside bases, is it true? Because if it is, then the reason is the same as nerfing BAR

To my knowledge, I think BiTzSam said he nerfed as he thought it was originally too OP.
