I have to admit, that's unusual of the Kuwaiti government to reason so, but don't worry about it too much, there are other video games on the market that might be worth your time.

I respect that Kuwait doesn't want that nonsense within their nation, but they could have asked Rockstar to remove all sexual content for the versions to be sold in Kuwait.
