Add Drizzly/Xaynn back to PR (EU I think, if not Aus/Asia) and move Reese to SFX. (Even though when I wanted to apply I was told SFX wasnt hiring smhhh)

I’ll try and remember to do this when I’m on my staff account later today (editing the post on my phone sucks and I’m still trying to limit my WiFi usage for the rest of the month), though as far as I know, Reese is still a PR and not SFX.

Alright, turns out Reese was moved to SFX, so I went ahead and updated the list.
