Only part I disagree with is that if you are a staff member on Graal, it counts as a job. You would have signed up for it, and you'd need to stick to consistently working on the server. I mean, no one has to harass staff either, yes the staff are just volunteers for the most part. As long as they're doing the job then it's all good (most of the time staff are more than doing their job, people just like to complain).
