If [email protected] hasn’t helped you, you might try and send a follow up email after a full week has passed or so. If they still don’t help you...then I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can really do for you. I don’t know why this would happen if you did nothing wrong, and I am truly sorry that it happened.

If another email does not work, I would go ahead and contact google play about a refund anyway, maybe they’ll make an exception if you explain the circumstances.

That being said...we aren’t supposed to be talking about unlinked accounts on here, I’m sorry.
