So recently i made a new head and it got rejected

Reason is "frames are in the wrong position"

And i would like to find out what is the issue with it.

That is because the frames are in the wrong position. These come up allll the time, where the head is one pixel off, either too high or too low, and creates a line of pixels at the bottom of the frame above or the top of the frame below.

Lol that's happened to me before. Luckily, the admin accepting it didn't notice.

Do you see the yellow bursting effect? You only have in some places on the head.
