Massive screen freeze

so,why the screen freeze in a habbo with gta bootleg? is not my phone cuz can run games like pubg,and why they still adding weapons that use particles and effects that can lag the game if they never fix the screen freeze on android?
is just hard to pk,mpx and spar and op weapons like bar or shotguns make it worse
