Tbh, I think the cars would look better if the country flags were on the whole car x.x If you know what I mean? Not on just the hood.

Oooh, goody, except maybe do something else with the green around the car, and possibly spread out the "stars" instead of all of them clumped together on the American car.

Overall good job, and add some more shading.
