Most of the time, BAR users are predictable, given that they are holding one of the deadliest weapons. Many users panic when they face BAR users and stay at the top too long. That will never happen.
Reducing the piece now makes everyone who pack/earn for BAR will be a waste and soon a riot will rant.
Price changing has been highly controversial. Players who bought the weapon before would get really angry if the price got changed the next day. That is if the price went cheaper. Since some people use iTunes money or transactions to purchase the BAR, people would demand refund or have their money given back. The feeling of being ripped off, etc.

If the bar is nerfed im going to kill myself. I just digged for 4 weeks for bar. And payed 45$ itunes. If you nerf bar. Omg.

Want a cheap bar? Buy the metal storm its basically a bar with one less damage simple I feel it should be left alone. Players with bars are really easy to beat if you use some strategy and skill when facing one.
Lower BAR, I saw my iPad in half, never play again...
