Well to be honest here, the more Pr's the better. Work can be done at a faster pace, if some Pr's become inactive cause of reasons there are other staff that will be active at the time. They hire ones that are trustworthy, have knowledge of the game and some might be recommended by other staff members. Being active on a forum won't automatically assure you a position in game as its a different pov of work you deal with.Quote:
