Hex,
I can not emphasize it enough that this is a proven fact in any open chat online video game, according to the ESRB (Which rates the video games) 'Gameplay is subject to change during Online play'.
You're right, any swearing IS illegal, but that's also a hypocritical statement of you support that AND support the cursing filter. Why bother jailing people for evading cursing, when there is a curse filter; it's the Staff's fault for not blacklisting those words into the filter.
I know this is a game with restrictions and rules against swearing, that's why we want it updated with a toggle system. Many players do use different words, but the majority still will always no matter what you say Evade the chat filter. That is a guarenteed statement that as long as there is a chat system players will ALWAYS find a way around it. You may think I have a problem with cursing; it's just that I am so used to it in the real world that it's hard to constantly switch to the game to real life, I just think it's necessary to describe actions regardless if illegal.
I will always stand by cursing deemed illegal if used to insult another player, if used to inanimate or non insult related matter I don't understand why it isn't allowed when they won't bother a kid friendly option.
I don't understand that statement, I have been pretty respectful from my standpoint related to your arguments; that tells me that you feel that you are losing the debate and you wish to change the subject to a personal matter. Let's not go there as it relates nothing to the topic.
