I do not 'ignore' request but in case you haven't realised the gang system is being overhauled, and adding rewards is not something that's going to happen in the middle of it.
And unless you are the gang maelstrom then you haven't even messaged me, I read all my pms and they are the only recent gang that have asked for their 10k hat reward
