Because a large percentage of the community are still at the age where they're used to being spoon-fed.
But, in all seriousness, I agree with you, however Killakev's request for hearts through streaking would make a great addition and it seems pretty reasonable.
Exactly why this needs to be changed asap... There is no challenge at all in 50 people rushing flag and letting another 50 people take over and over while the real basing gangs have no chance to even get half way thru the door
