John98 is right, most people who play the game are in the Americas, So more staff from that timezone are needed, tell my why whenever I upload I usually have to wait until another admin comes on?

Funny thing is that I don't know who you are nor have you known me long enough to know "me"
The reason why we don't have more staff than we do now, is due to lack of maturity and professionalism.
A lot of people on these forums may "look" like they could be staff; but in reality, they're not even ready for it.
Some people might think: "Man, that guy has improved, I'm sure he's ready to take on a staff position now."
We don't just hire.
We hire based on several factors - and most people don't match our expectations.
