Chem going to be nerfed?

It's kinda ironic how the other day when you didn't have chem you conceded that it needed a change after asking worldwide who had it, who said that chem had ruined basing.
Yet now after you have chem you are now saying it shouldn't be changed at all.

Its what happens when someone's thoughts and wants are behind them. Meaning in this case if someone was beasting you with a weapon you would want it but not want the others to have it.
