It's kinda ironic how the other day when you didn't have chem you conceded that it needed a change after asking worldwide who had it, who said that chem had ruined basing.
Yet now after you have chem you are now saying it shouldn't be changed at all.
The change has been live for less than an hour. If people with chem stopped complaining in complex and actually started using it they would understand that whilst it isn't the same type of gun as before, it is actually better in 1 on 1 situations than before.
The whole reason chem needed to be changed is because of all the issues the fast firerate PAIRED with the explosive damage caused. If it didn't have explosive damage there'd be no issues. Here are some issues explosive damage, fast firerate creates.
-Making it near impossible to get through base doors. Sure you can use a door charge but the spam/ radius of the bullets means you take damage THROUGH the door when placing the charge, and are either killed or lose almost all your health when going through the door way.
-It means that the bullet doesn't even have to hit the player directly because of the explosive damage, and in addition to that in small areas with lots of walls you can kill the person just from shooting the walls without even needing to physically hit them with the bullet.
- Because of the explosive radius it could be used in bases like Tachi and BBZ to take the flag from the side on. Meaning they could shoot the wall next to the flag and the explosive radius would take down the flags points without even needing to be infront of the flag.
- When taking the flag with the gun, standing infront of the flag, the radius damage paired with the knockback meant that anyone trying to melee the flag or you would be damaged and killed whilst you are still simultaneously taking down the flags points.
- The knockback is part of the explosive effect and so sometimes you are completely immobilised from knockback because of it being a 50% chance and how quickly the gun fires. If it was a slower gun like AC its fine but when you are being hit by 3-4 bullets at once, with each bullet having a 50% chance to knock you back then sometimes there's nothing you can even do to move away.
The only way you can convince me to keep the old stats is if you agree for it to be blocked from being used in bases.
