I think what bitzsam really want is constructive feedback and not complaints and rants that filled up most of the pages of this threads.

Instead of telling him what's wrong and harping on it like a cantankerous old man, tell him what you suggest. Not your feelings, not your rants and certainly not your verbal assaults.

If you are willing to positively feedback , I'm certain he'll be willing to consider and perhaps make the necessary concessions.

Players fail to differentiate between complaining and constructively responding, which is why many what players said were either refuted or ignored.
