What isn't wrong with it? Like "timezones" you need Atleast 2-4 players from each Timezone

It would make it so much more convenient, there also would be more chances or a staff member always online which is definitely needed for reports and what not

Also, how can you say 80% are from US? Where are your facts? Statistics? In order to give a percentage out, than an exaggeration guess, you have to view all staff's location and divide from the total staff.

Ex:
# staffs in US / Total staff = A # -> %

break that down to 6 hours a shift.
4 different Pra's
Should be 5-7 staff online between the time.
